More than just four walls, the home is an extension of our body , a fundamental environment for maintaining comprehensive health . This is the concept behind CASACOR's national theme for 2023: Body and Home . And the professionals from Rio de Janeiro went deep into this inspiration.

Mariana Teixeira and Pedro Pantoja , from Bric Arquitetura, designed their space, Palacito Bric , as an extension of the body. The suite, located in the garden, was completely covered in cement that resembles the skin. Human curves also appear in the tile panel by Spanish artist Noemi Carpu, which divides the bed from the bathtub, and in the beautiful ceramic sinks in the bathroom, created especially for the exhibition.

The Presidential Suite was designed by Gisele Taranto as the ideal space to promote well-being and mental health . The architect even spoke to psychiatrists before defining the details of her project. And there are many. The bed, specially designed by Jader Almeida for the Rio de Janeiro exhibition, was made with super cozy bouclé and linen fabrics; the mirror, which causes anxiety, was hidden; and the walls were given a soft, grayish blue tone , since the color is calming. Another detail is that the space brings nature, on the balcony created in partnership with landscapers Maíra and Kaio Duarte , but also in the imaginary landscapes of the art selected by Vanda Klabin for the environment.

The Bathroom Room , by Fernanda Medeiros , is another space entirely designed for self-care. With a relaxing soundtrack , a bathtub and aromatherapy , the space has a deck bed with a view of the garden and a decor in shades of blue and terracotta that bring warmth.

The Deca Pavilion goes even further and transforms the entire house into a spa . The space created by architect João Panaggio for Deca, master sponsor of CASACOR, was inspired by Roman baths to make water its central element. The space is completely connected to nature, which appears as the backdrop to every room. It couldn't be more relaxing!
