Family Flat , designed by Jennifer Junek and Marilu Salcedo, at
CASACOR Peru 2018 , is inhabited by a young couple and their little daughter. The optimization of the 70
m² space is a striking feature of the environment, which makes use of a large multifunctional bookcase. as a division between the living room and the bedroom and to make the most of the kitchen walls. Lines and contours are well defined, not only by the furniture, but also by the directional lighting.
The color palette contrasts black and white, mediated by wood and touches of blue. This helps balance the sobriety and brings the necessary comfort to house a family. Plants and works of art are found everywhere. and align the flat with
CASACOR 's 2018 theme ,
A Casa Viva .

One of the highlights, however, is the room for the girl. With light pastel colors, especially pink, the space incorporates all the delicacy of the children's universe, from the toys to the study areas and the small hiding places, which provide the necessary, and sometimes neglected, privacy of children.
