In a large and well-divided space, architects Cris Araújo and Linda Martins, from the Maraú office, based themselves on the Danish concept of hygge , which refers to a minimalist life focused on well-being, to create CASACOR 's Danish Kitchen . Itapema 2018 .
With a Scandinavian design, the wood adds warmth, while the natural light, coming from the French door and the light tones of the floor and walls, bring clarity and thermal comfort.
The Nordic inspiration of hygge – which has no translation into Portuguese – appears in the straight lines, colors and materials used in the environment. Simplicity is achieved in the moderate choice of objects and furniture to be distributed in the place, leaving space for visitors, flowers and a small vegetable garden, next to the counter.
