Collector's Corner | Renault Loft - mf+arquitetos. The project is inspired by a cosmopolitan character and collector of stories whose residence is simple and integrated with nature. The highlight is the use of natural materials, such as stone, wood, marble and concrete. Wooden pivoting brises enclose the house and allow light to enter in geometric patterns inside. Brazilian furniture, works of art and photographs add to the proposal to translate the comfort of the traveler's arrival and the boldness of the landscapes visited.

Influenced by the theme of the exhibition, architect Sérgio Machado sought inspiration in the terrain of Franca to create a functional and comfortable project. The wavy wooden brise-soleils, supported by metal structures, facilitate ventilation and provide natural lighting. The molds of the material refer to the three hills on which the city was built. The green wall, with a mix of foliage, establishes a counterpoint to the geometry of the metal and wood structure.

The 1st edition of CASACOR Franca is breathtaking. The exhibition, which takes place between October 5th and November 15th, has 30 spaces housed in a mansion that occupies a 3,000 m² plot of land. The house belongs to the Marangoni family and is located on Rua da Justiça, Parque dos Lima. Maurício Calixto and Maurício Siqueira are in charge of the new franchise. The expectation is to receive more than ten thousand visitors and involve cities in the Northeast region of the State of São Paulo and the South of Minas Gerais. The region was chosen to host one of the editions of the event in Brazil due to the diversification of its industrial park in recent years, which includes the furniture hub. Among the trends featured in the exhibition, visitors will be able to see several spaces that combine natural materials with contemporary design. Wood features heavily on the ceiling, walls, slats and louvers, integrating the indoor and outdoor areas.
