Casa Galeria - Juliana Vervloet do Amaral and Roberta Toledo. The nobility of the sea and its nuances, combined with an expressive selection of works of art, design objects and designer furniture, result in this 80 m² space. The space has a living room, gourmet kitchen and suite and creates a permanent and integrated dialogue with the Port of Vitória.

Paris Inspiration Loft - Helen Rocha and Potira Manhães. Romance and sophistication, characteristics of the City of Lights, inspire this 80 m² loft. In addition to the bedroom, the space has a mini central patio, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lighting is the star of the show, and in this area, it is well explored in the lamp and the headboard that has LEDs. The wood and light tones convey the refinement and romantic atmosphere of Paris.

RESTAURANT-AND-BURGER JOINT

Restaurant and Burger Joint - Sabrina Bolzan. Rock'n'roll and Route 66 are the restaurant's main inspirations, which displays an original 1974 motorcycle, winner of the Best Customization Award in Brazil at the Salão Duas Rodas in Rio de Janeiro. Other highlights include guitars in the lighting and personalized tiles that pay homage to rock idols.

Miami Inspiration Loft - Sergio Palmeira. In 140 m², the professional explored the main characteristics of the luxurious apartments in Miami: large spaces with extensive balconies and sophistication. The space also has an infinity pool and deck. But the main highlights are the staircase, masterfully installed in the middle of the loft and the Zózimo Armchair, made of brass and designed by Ronald Sasson.

Press Room with Washrooms - Cirlene Reco. Comfort and functionality embrace the project that contrasts the contemporary urban style. In this welcoming environment, black is combined with classic colors, such as white and gold, in addition to receiving the warmth of wood. To complete the décor, works of art, retro objects and walls with photographic combinations are inserted.

Studio Vem Viver - José Elias Mussi and Luciana Mara Mussi. In this studio, organic textures and lines are combined with horizontal art, referring to transcendence. The colors remain sober throughout the project and are given natural materials.

Pop Up Store - Marcela Carvalho. In a single environment, the professional who signed the project unites two stores based on the theme of the exhibition, Focus on the Essential. Without excess, the space has cutting-edge landscaping, with a vertical garden and terrariums. Highlights include the Macramé pieces, an ancient, entirely manual technique, which can be seen in the swing, lamps and side tables. The decoration also features 3D cladding and floors in different tones, demarcating each store.

Sebrae Creative Space - Elza Pinto and José Geraldo Pinto Sobrinho. The history of great artisans from Espírito Santo is the premise of this space, which brings together pieces for sale and contemplation in a small lounge with dark tones and straight-line joinery. Highlight is the blue wall that contrasts with the rest of the project and brings color to the room.

Photographer's Gallery - Christian Vieira. Rustic bricks, exposed electrical conduits, and wooden and metal structures convey the industrial style of this 45 m² space. The innovation of the space is due to the use of translucent tiles as cladding, which enhances the natural light and highlights the beautiful images by photographers from Espírito Santo that frame the walls. Contemporary design furniture and pieces complete the décor.

Office of the Future - Rita Garajau and Rita Rocio Tristão. Divided into three areas - living room, meeting room and president's desk - the space represents the office of the president of Porto. Based on functionality, aesthetics and technology, the space has impeccable materials, modern decorations and furniture, sober colors and coverings, and digital devices.

Aspen Inspiration Loft - Vitor Cipriano. The fireplace is the central element of this space, reminiscent of a cabin located in the icy mountains of Aspen. Highlights include the original articulating wine cellar, the "herringbone" floor layout and the volume of the ceiling, a reference to the sloping roofs of a chalet.

Casa Hotel - Cintia Chieppe and Marcia Paolielo. Designed to be a "temporary home", the space houses a few but valuable objects, including works of art and photographs, which give the resident's personality. As it is a cosmopolitan space, its entire design was designed with a practical, contemporary atmosphere rich in charm and comfort.

Executive Studio - Aparecida Lamari. The project's main focus is the integration of spaces. Natural stones, concrete, bricks and modern coverings give the project a contemporary and cool atmosphere. One of the highlights was the touches of green in coverings, objects and furniture, a tone chosen by Pantone as the color of the year.

Clube do Conquistador - Letícia Finamore. The functional space, designed to host events, has rustic, minimalist and noble elements. Highlights include the wooden trunks that cover parts of the wall and form a beautiful panel, as well as the tables and chairs designed by Jader Almeida.

Porto Deck - Luiza Sanz and Igor Nunes. With 355 m², the priority of the space is to relax and enjoy the wide view of the surroundings. Seating areas, comfortable sun loungers surround the visitor and invite them to contemplate the Third Bridge, Penedo and the boats. The landscaping completes the decoration and is composed of vegetation from closed volumes of the same plant species.

Women's Lavatory on the Deck - Hugo Tavares, team of Marcelo Pignaton and Salísia Fantin. Stone, water, light and wood permeate the project and provoke various sensations in visitors, such as comfort and relaxation. The layout allows for better circulation and use of spaces, such as a lavatory and vanity area with an area for displaying beauty products. Highlights include the slatted wood that covers one wall and goes up to the ceiling.

Deck Men's Restroom - Patrícia Davel. In addition to being a restroom, the place has a barber shop and displays a motorcycle that becomes the theme of the space: "Harley". Casa Clube - Sergio Caus and team, Romulo Pegoretti and Wanderson Sales. The pleasure of entertaining is exalted in this 80 m² space with a timeless and elegant style. The office combines luxury with technology, classic with contemporary and features a super island bar that, on party days, has a bartender.

Café - Pablo Bittencourt. The sensory experience of all the senses is explored in the design of this space. Elements rich in textures and colors present the trends for 2018. A door, which divided the spaces, takes visitors on a journey between the past, present and future, also paying homage to the historical and cultural heritage listing process that the place is going through.

Cultural Circulation - Marina Zaslawski Baião and the team of Victória Esteves. The space is shaped like a large black box and aims to be a gallery of contemporary art. It exhibits several works by various artists, including Marina Zaslawski Baião and the team of Victória Esteves. The highlight of the space is the black metal structure on the ceiling, which resembles trusses, allowing visitors to admire the original roof of the warehouse.

L'épicerie - Carolina Kopper and Marina Breves. The 22 m² space features the first autonomous store (without employees) in the country. To achieve this, the professionals created a functional space, with original carpentry design and clear signage, which helps in all stages of the purchase. One of the highlights of the project is the facade, which provides an incredible view of the Port of Vitória.

Events Lounge - Louise Azevedo, Roberta Gagliano and Sillas Nickel. The environment created by the team that won the Archathon CASACOR Espírito Santo 2017 meets virtual relationships, promoting welcoming and meetings. A space with a loose layout and sober colors that come to life when combined with the colorful panel on one of the walls, which was inspired by the colors of the containers in the port of Vitória, only seen from above.

Jewelry - Carminha Ribeiro. The real gem of this space is the ambiance, designed to showcase the "Daily e Mar" collection by designer Ricardo Vieira. The space's decor features neutral tones that create warmth, as well as several signature pieces of furniture. The different textures and materials create a cozy atmosphere and provide a better experience for those who appreciate Vieira's pieces.

Art! Garage - Karla Giaretta and Levy Netto. The Renault Captur is displayed in this 142 m² space as a work of art, inside a glass box, transforming it into a precious piece. To complete the strong artistic reference of the space, new sculptures by the artist Vilar were also included.

Kid's Playspace - Fabiane Giestas. The aim of this space is to be playful and to promote interaction and fun for children. The space, designed in partnership with Escola Americana de Vitória (EAV), is 200 m² and is more than just a place with swings, slides and seesaws. The area for children includes a Playscape, Colour Studio, Tech House, Build Experience and Sensory Garden.

Solarium & Swimming Pool - Daniela Avancini and Henrique Gasparini. Sustainability is top of mind in the environment, which has a loft installed in a container integrated with the gourmet area, a deck and a swimming pool overlooking Porto. The construction is characterized by being versatile, being dismantled and reassembled easily.

Chocolate House - Lara and Luiza Guimarães. This small space, measuring 36 m², highlights the importance of chocolate to society. Details of iron, stone and smooth surfaces highlight and enhance the food that is the star of the space. The charming and cozy living area provides visitors with a delicious sensory and gastronomic experience.

Drinks Bar - Heliomar Venâncio. With 200 m², the deck invites visitors to a moment of relaxation at the bar anchored in a shipping container. Sustainability is present in almost the entire project, starting with the structure that houses it, the pallets, the certified wood cladding, the coasters made of reused pipes and the beautiful steel tree made of recycled iron.

Jardim do Porto - Ivan Aguiar and Heliomar Venâncio. The 100 m² garden promotes a visitor experience with architecture. To frame the port and bring a nautical atmosphere, a container is installed on a water mirror, reminiscent of the Seven Seas, where ships carrying these giant structures cross.

Investor's Office - Juliana Kwak and Ohanna Sgaria. Classic and contemporary come together in this project that prioritizes the use of noble materials, such as marble. The modern aspect is presented through indirect lighting and punctuation in the niches and geometric cutouts in the ceiling, combined with carpentry and mirrors, which give volume and amplitude to the space.

Eyeglasses Store - Romina Passos. The aim of the project is to facilitate the visualization of the products, displaying them as works of art and highlighting them as designer objects. To achieve this, the combination of white tones and directional lighting draws the visitor's attention to the pieces. Black frames, modern curves and the application of red in some areas of the space are the store's distinguishing features.

Based on a clean atmosphere focused on the essentials, the theme of the 2017 show, the professional seeks to bring lightness, peace, comfort and practicality to the space. The space, which includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony, brings the beachy and nautical atmosphere of Long Island, in the north of New York. To achieve this, a light color palette and timeless, neutral pieces were used in the furniture. Furniture and artwork in bolder tones bring warmth and personality to the loft.

Studio da Mulher Moderna - Ximene Villar. In this space, the professional's goal was to rescue and highlight femininity. The tones are very well punctuated by the layout of the room, both in the furniture and in the works of art and coverings. Highlight goes to the material that envelops part of the wall that goes up to the ceiling, creating an innovative geometric design with wooden slats. Gold is also present in works, pieces and details.

CASACOR Espírito Santo returns to the Port of Vitória for its 22nd edition , with 42 residential, commercial, corporate and entertainment spaces . The show will take place between October 11 and November 29, showcasing the best of the region's architecture, design and landscaping. Due to its history, economic strength and indescribable view, Porto became the perfect place to host the event. The exhibition invades warehouses 4 and 5 of Porto , where the 57 professionals of the cast designed lofts, houses, studios, galleries, shops, restaurants and interactive spaces, in an occupied area of 5,000 . Architects and interior designers explored the theme of CASACOR 2017 , "Focus on the Essential", to the fullest and created environments without excesses, with sober colors that are in keeping with social isolation and virtual relationships. Lighting projects are the main focus of the spaces and encourage visitors to focus on the most important details of each decoration. Global trends for small and compact spaces are very present and configure the layout with great solutions and new ideas. Sensory experiences are evident in most environments, stimulating a wide range of sensations. Finally, futuristic spaces bring tomorrow closer to people through technologies, new coverings and trends expected for the coming year in terms of colors, design and styles.
