Inspired by a building in Vila São Miguel (SQN 107) in Brasília, architect Clay Rodrigues, from the Debaixo do Bloco Arquitetura office, designed Studio Cento e 7 Ene for CASACOR Brasília 2018. The space mixes the architecture of the Brazilian capital with elements modernists and the São Paulo lifestyle.
The idea of a neighborhood unit is one of the most Brasilia-like creations that exist and is in the DNA of this 67 m² studio. The concept represents an urban scale, which resembles the neighborhood and is the result of the gathering of several residential units.
Between references from São Paulo and the modernism of Brasília, Clay Rodrigues opted for a monochromatic color palette, applied to national stones and concrete, with influences from freijó wood.
The stage lighting games give aesthetic value to the brise-soleil, scale and volumes of the building. In the furniture, pieces of Brazilian design complete the modern style of the project. CASACOR SERVICE Brasilia 2018
