Estar Gourmet - Tufi Mousse. In this 110 m² space, the architect chooses the kitchen as the center of attention and meeting point, as in old houses. But here the proposal is avant-garde, translated into materials such as metal, glazed ceramics and a touch of wood for warmth.

Home Cinema - Renata Pisani and Florence Batistella. Neutral decor and blue details - after all, the idea is to relax without forgetting the proximity of the river. Sofa and chaise longue with Italian design make the space comfortable, combined with walls covered in melamine wood and textured paper. The lightness of the result gives the impression of greater spaciousness in these 25 m².

Renault Lounge - Bruno Colle. Exposed concrete is combined with straight shapes, neutralizing the setting to highlight the car. The Captur is also enhanced by its lighting design, which includes 60 pendants and more than 10 projectors.

Deca Refuge - Fernanda Consonni and Priscilla Borges. With 110 m² internal and 70 m² external, the space expands into large openings and double-height frames, which make the most of natural light. Everything to transform the environment into an oasis within the city.

Functional Lavatories - Elaine Gurevich and Evandro Cruz. The natural beauty of translucent marble with built-in lighting dominates the 35 m² space. The material is also used on the polished countertop, with built-in sinks and gold-plated metalwork to complement it. In addition to the sophistication, the smooth surfaces make cleaning easier. Another highlight, literally, is the ceiling with Adam's Rib leaves.

Master Suite - A Bachelorette in Soho - Lili Golunski. Cosmopolitan and at the same time connected to memories of the places the professional visited. This is the suite, which includes a bathroom covered in marble with white and gold veins. The bathtub occupies the place where the old balcony used to be, but the view of the city remains.

Studio Eicke - Fernanda Eicke. The space, previously composed of four suites in a standard apartment of the construction company, was transformed into a 90 m² studio. The bathroom gained a privileged view, visually integrated with the closet and the bedroom - for this, the same floor covering, identical color palette and the same lighting characteristics were used.

Suite [Rio] - Claudia Stach and Daniela Bordignon. The project pays homage to the Camboriú River and was designed for a couple over 50 who understand the value of essentials and enjoy Brazilian style. The wood ceiling and leather headboard provide a welcoming feel, while the wainscoting wall with diamond-shaped layout adds a touch of style. And the gold metal reading lamp is an object of desire.

The Great Living - Alexandre Voigt. There are elements that never go out of style, such as the Art Deco design on the floor and the Louis XV sofa with gold leafing. Oil paintings, from the professional's grandfather's collection, were incorporated into the ambiance, which is balanced in combination with furniture and architecture with straight lines.

The Concrete Room - Salvio Moraes Jr. and Moacir Schmitt Jr. The straight lines of the concrete and natural wood planes are followed in the excellently finished carpentry. The marble floor reaffirms one of the strongest trends of the season. The curation of works of art brought Brazilian and Cuban paintings.

Home Theater - Ileon Arquitetura - Alexander Storti, Jeferson Potestino, Bruno Tonietto, Ileon de Mello and Jordana Battisti. The emotions of cinema and the glamor of the 1950s drive the project. The mother-of-pearl screen directs the eye to the ceiling, while the exotic stone creates a close-up on the wall. The gold lamp is trendy and the citrus yellow of one of the vases is a bet for 2018.

Dining Room - Fabiane Folchini. The professional invested in sophisticated surfaces on the walls and ceiling, which combine bronze mirrors and wallpaper. The various armchairs have rounded lines that embrace, in addition to the elegant marsala tone. Also note the gold curtains, which are automated and allow for varying settings.

Baby Suite - Linda Martins and Cris Araújo. The walls are given a herringbone design and, to escape even more from the ordinary, the breastfeeding armchair gives way to a naval rope swing. The chosen crib will transform into a mini-bed in the following years.

Movie Lounge - Eluize Mendes and Maria Ondina Garcia. To gather the gang, a space that resembles the “Man Cave”, or American male caves - complete with a champagne cooler carved in stone. The beam in the center, instead of being disguised, divides the spaces and receives dimmable LED strips. The walls are covered in leather, while the 90x90 vinyl flooring is used, forming the sober base that highlights the sofas in the Greenery tone.

Cellar Room - Ana Cláudia Guerra and Phillippe Siarcos. The Dear Ingo lamp, by Ron Gilad, is one of the highlights of the room, which also brings out the personality of the marble on the zigzag wall and on the coffee table. With strokes of gold, it is finished with refinement. The art curation focuses on engravings by artist Edith Behring.

Mendes Space - Nicholas Alencar and Fernanda Rabello. Exposed pipes were the starting point for the project, which uses existing flooring, pillars and beams. The industrial look extends to the furniture, such as the sofa designed by Nicholas. The space at the back, delimited by glass screens, can be used for meetings - the table has a single piece of wood top, measuring 4 meters.

Mrs. Me - The Pub For Women - Herbert Evaristo and Luiza Fortkamp. Dubai's bars and hotels, with luxurious splashes of purple, citrus yellow and gold, are inspiring environments for powerful women. Overlapping rugs and the crochet ottoman define the lounge atmosphere. The textures are as sophisticated as the colors, such as leather and gold on the side tables.

CASACOR Square - Juliana Loffi and Rodolpho Guttierrez. In this slow design environment, to be enjoyed without rushing, references to the beauty of the Santa Catarina coastline are made. The metal structure was created exclusively, as was the furniture made of reclaimed wood, with exposed roots. The fish sculptures are superimposed on the marble panel.

Sweet Hot - Juci Perazza and Karol Stolf. Classics are combined with the conveniences of modern life in this suite for a male homosexual couple. Before you even get home, you can heat the fireplace, turn on the hot tub and adjust the lights using your cell phone. The wardrobe is sliding and also automated. At the same time, gold, crystals and beveled mirrors create a luxurious atmosphere.

Lounge Al Mare - André Bettinelli and Ana Konradt Lins. Three raw materials command the 98 m² space: exposed concrete, wood and iron. The bookcase built on site reuses iron and box wood from the construction site itself. The wooden portico, which forms a large bench, is a solution for two mismatched pillars.

Loft Hanami - Joana B. Lunelli, Juliana J. Daniel and Cláudio Saladini. The project uses container structures for the slabs and walls, which reduces construction time and waste. The generous PVC frames encourage the entry of natural light, for low energy consumption. From wall to ceiling, the room covered in melamine panels creates a sophisticated base for the ambience.

Pier Seventeen - Bruno Barbieri and Indiara Daros. With 400 m², the space has a deck that follows accessibility principles. Large flowerbeds were distributed and contain jabuticaba, olive and other species. The external structure was assembled with plywood and rafters, which will be reused in future CASACOR projects.

Designer's Home Office - Cassiana Rubin. Straight lines and clean architecture summarize the proposal in this 20m² space. Brazilian wood veneers ensure a cozy atmosphere. Imbuia, Louro Freijó and Itaúba contrast with the vinyl flooring with a burnt cement appearance. Marble is used on the table top with gray grooves and on the carved vase with a plant.

The beautiful view of the waterfront was certainly a reference for the 32 environments that make up the first CASACOR Balneário Camboriú , which runs until June 25th. But professionals went further and explored international macro trends, whilst bringing design closer to people. The result is an original exhibition, which can be seen at the Marina Beach Towers, facing the Camboriú River. Concrete is kept exposed in several structures, remembering that the industrial style renews its breath. The classic also claims a prominent place and is updated with metallic elements, the use of gold and bronze, the surprising boiseries on the ceiling and the grandeur of the marble.
