The story of this 110 m² house in Angra dos Reis begins during the pandemic, when a family with a teenage son decided to rent the property to spend the isolation period. The experience was so successful that they decided to buy the property to spend their holidays.
To give the house a more personal touch, interior designer
Paola Ribeiro was called in to oversee a major renovation. "The clients are very dear to us and we've known them for years, as we've done other projects for them," she says.
The highlight of the project is the
balcony , which has become a
gourmet space with a barbecue , after receiving a
pergola covering . From there, it is possible to see the condominium's canal, as well as receive guests in comfort.
In the private area, there are two comfortable
suites : one for the couple and another with two custom-made bunk beds with futons.
"The house is small, but just the right size for what they wanted and easy to maintain. The residents didn't need a leisure area or a boat in the house, as they frequent the Hotel Fasano, which is in the same condominium", concludes Paola.
