The 33rd edition of
CASACOR São Paulo began on Tuesday, the 28th, starring names such as
Très Arquitetura , which signed its first complete residence at the event. To design the house, architects Fernanda Tegacini, Fernanda Morais and Nathalia Mouco partnered with
Starbucks at Home and explored the concept of the coffee bean to design a clean, minimalist, elegant and sustainable environment.
Casa Grão is 100 m² and inspires the way of living in the shape of a glass box, in a composition that includes a living room, a dining room with a small kitchen and the master suite. The highlight is the large modular sofa, which takes up the center of the living room and allows interaction between the people sitting there from all angles.
The architects bring to the exhibition the narrative of a contemporary, intimate and reference-rich living style. The details are a delight in themselves, with the striking feature being the various coffee beans spread across the furniture in different compositions - giving the house a light coffee scent, essential for harmonizing the atmosphere and ambiance.
The dining room has a rectangular wooden table and four chairs, two covered in dark green fabric and two in black. The gable that supports the back and separates the social area from the private area was painted the same shade of green that is characteristic of Starbucks. Opposite the desk, an imposing bookcase designed by the architects is a reflection of the firm's trademark: carpentry. Filled with design and decoration objects, arranged in niches, the bookcase functions as a window onto a mini "forest", which incorporates greenery into the decor.
Also in this common area, the kitchen counter has a charming coffee corner, which features capsules from the 'Starbucks At Home' line, a new concept from the brand that aims to bring the experience of the chain's coffee shops into Brazilian homes.
The suite has a contemporary and minimalist style, where only the essentials are explored. The bed features an off-white headboard, and not only maintains the predominant tones of the room, but also uses a variation of the black and white checkered pattern that is part of the living room's composition.
