A cozy and stylish dining room was the proposal of Paula Neder and the PN+ Collective for the HUM Leroy Merlin Studio . The CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019 space used straw chairs as a way to bring relaxation to an already delicate space. and full of wooden items.

4- A hi-low loft

In a home defined by coziness, straw chairs served as a counterpoint to the sophisticated decor. Olegário de Sá's loft project, entitled Cozy House, invested in other natural elements, such as American oak in the cladding and wooden screens. so that everything would dialogue perfectly.

In the space, the straw chair appears sometimes at the dining table, sometimes in a reading corner. There is the Benjamin Armchair , designed by Gustavo Bittencourt . Super comfortable, the piece also has its partner, the Benjamin Bench, which made from the comfortable corner to a true design showroom. The space was exhibited at CASACOR São Paulo 2019 .

5- Loft integrated with nature

The name of the Tree of Life Loft itself already reveals its vocation for nature. In its design, Marcelo Salum imagined a large tree that would serve as a source of inspiration for good living. In this Loft decoration that strays from the industrial style, the rustic aspect is rescued in natural elements, such as wood, leather and the straw chair, which here integrates a home office corner near the head of the bed. The project was exhibited at CASACOR São Paulo 2019 .

6- An art room


In this maximalist living room, full of works of art, textures and colors, the pair of Benjamin armchairs by Gustavo Bittencourt entered the scene to show how to look beautiful in different styles. The Foyer Bienvenue by Lisandro Piloni was inspired by the Pop Art style of decoration, characterized by by the comprehensive shapes and unusual color combinations. There, the straw chairs function as a neutral point that brings balance to the space of CASACOR São Paulo 2019 .

The shade of Venetian pink catches the eye before even entering Marcelo Diniz's Bar do Relógio . On the walls and furniture of the place, the striking color palette needed to be contrasted with more neutral items, such as the wooden floor , which left the more harmonious composition. In this sense, straw chairs also come into play to balance the composition, since they are sophisticated items, but they do not weigh down the decoration. The project is by CASACOR São Paulo 2019 .

The whole autumnal atmosphere is captured by this integrated loft that joined Janelas CASACOR Minas Gerais in 2020. Warm fabrics, warm colors and lots of wood create a charming composition that inspires good living. The straw chairs came into play to help convey this comfort in the living room decor. Named Casa Raízes, the project is signed by Bárbara Nobre.

9- Living room with a view

The beautiful landscape of Serra do Curral was very well used in the Estar Kazza project, which was part of CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. The greenery right in front was brought inside with the large glass panel that closes off the entire living room. A neutral base served to give more amplitude to the space, which invested in the straw armchair near the window for the resident to read a book comfortably or just relax. The project was signed by Érika Steckelberg, Graziela Costa, Zuleica Lombardi and Kívia Costa.

10- Modular and sustainable loft

Cozy coverings and different textures mark the Loft Mobile , by Hugo Schwartz and Alexandre Gedeon, from Intown Arquitetura . In the living room, the key word is comfort, where the spacious "L" shaped sofa, the geometric wooden panel and the plants in decoration . Gustavo Bittencourt's straw armchairs bring a tropical atmosphere and naturalness to the environment that was exhibited at CASACOR São Paulo 2019.

11- An office with a living room

When personal and executive life mix, why not think about an office with a living room? This is José Lourenço's proposal for Minas Workpod , an environment that was part of the 2019 edition of CASACOR Minas Gerais . In the passage that leads From the kitchen to the office, the architect refused to leave the decor empty and boring, investing in straw chairs to create an elegant and super comfortable space.

12- The fashionista's stylish bedroom

In a house already guided by the premise of naturalness, the office area could not be different. The wooden decoration of the office at Casa Dois served to warm up the small area that gains more amplitude due to the glass enclosure that opens onto a beautiful outdoor garden. The straw chair is part of the home office furniture that, in addition to offering comfort, is also a very elegant decorative element for the space. The project was designed by Fabrício Frezza and Gabriel Figueiredo at CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019.
