Designed by the
Cacau Ribeiro Interiores office – part of the
CASACOR SP team –, this house in Jardim Europa (SP) originally had an old layout, well-compartmentalized and isolated spaces. Therefore, the first step was to integrate the social area, creating a single circulation area.
The dining area also gained a large fixed glass window, which not only increased natural lighting, but also brought the greenery from outside into the interiors, creating freshness.
Since the
kitchen was compact, the solution was to open up the pantry and use a glass door as a separation. The green joinery creates a country charm, as does the light wood.
The carpentry was designed with the practicality of having everything at hand in mind and helping with the rush of everyday life.
In the couple's
bedroom , the closet was installed where there used to be an office, and as a result, the size of the
bathroom was increased.
The landscaping is by Rodrigo Oliveira.
