Located in the Tatuapé neighborhood (SP), this
165 m² apartment was purchased by a couple with two teenage children and, to leave it the way they wanted, they hired the services of architects
Lucas Blaia and Bruno Moura , from
Blaia e Moura Arquitetos , professionals from the
CASACOR SP team.
It took eight months of work to create a personalized project, full of storage spaces, which makes day-to-day organization easier.
Since guests like to get together on weekends to watch movies, barbecue and listen to music with family and friends, the
living room is the heart of the apartment. Integrated with the gourmet balcony, it allows everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy good times together, in addition to providing a beautiful view of the city.
The
balcony also has two areas: a gourmet area with a barbecue and countertop, and another with a TV. It is integrated into the living room.
To create privacy, the concealed doors isolate the intimate area, which has a hallway and three
suites , in addition to the couple's
closet .
Regarding lighting, the option was for directional
spotlights and
ceiling lights , which have the main function of artificial lighting. In addition, LED strips were also used to give more functionality to the kitchen counter, cabinets and office desk, in addition to highlighting decorative objects.
The decor has a sober and neutral base with loose decorative elements. The carpentry design was also done in a way that enhances the decor.
