In this studio measuring just
26 m² , architects
Lucas Blaia and Bruno Moura – from
Blaia e Moura Arquitetos and part of
CASACOR SP 2024 – were hired to create a personalized project with all the features a home needs.

To optimize the space in the
layout , the professionals integrated the existing
balcony , removing the French door and creating more space inside the apartment. Despite being small, the studio maintains the division of each room.

The
custom carpentry helped to optimize the small area and some loose furniture allows for versatility in circulation. The
neutral color palette provides visual amplitude and brighter tones were added to objects, such as paintings and cushions.

Unlike many modern studios, this one has a laundry room:
the washer and dryer are completely hidden when not in use . Above it, on the wall, the professionals even thought of a little corner to house the resident's plants.

In the
bathroom , the highlight is the geometric porcelain tiles on the wall, which complement the shelves and niches designed to help with organization.
