Dubbed Barbiecore , the craze among Generation Z brings the doll's trademark color pink into play, showing that the hue fits into different areas of life . So, to get in the mood for the Barbie movie that will be released later this year, we spoke with architect Brunete Fraccaroli , from the CASACOR SP cast, who gave tips on how to use pink in decoration and told us about her long love story with the doll. Pleasant to the eyes and mind, pastel pink is the ideal shade to avoid mistakes in decoration , whether in the color of the walls, the bed linen or even the dinnerware. "Pink goes into everything , it's incredible. I recently designed an apartment in Miami where I applied this color throughout the entire space and the result was incredible and super modern," says the architect, who also recommends mixing this shade of pink with other colors, such as earthy tones and blues . The year was 2011 when Brunete Fraccaroli decided to show the capital of São Paulo her large collection of Barbies in a space at CASACOR São Paulo that year. More than 200 dolls , from different parts of the world, and with clothes made by different designers from Brazil, were displayed in glass cubes. Brunette Barbie

The success of CASACOR São Paulo was so great that the architect was honored by Mattel, the doll's manufacturer, with an exclusive Barbie doll with Brunete's face . "This gift was so fun and special. I even thought it was a prank for a moment!", recalls the architect. (Romulo e Tuca Reines/CASACOR)
"I'm crazy about Barbie, I've always been a big collector since my daughter was little. Today, that collection of 200 dolls has grown to 500! ", said the architect who revealed that, in her new apartment, this iconic Barbie collection will gain an exclusive room — and full of love — to be displayed as they deserve.
