As you walk through the 165 m², a mix of styles and languages make up the project. The neoclassical elements , the geometric paintings on the walls, and the contemporary works of art combine different layers of history, as an analogy to the history of the city .
Lowered boiseries and coving blend in with the lines of exposed galvanized pipes that run along ceilings and walls. In addition to being a residence, the apartment was also designed to accommodate the architect's work environment .
