01/12 - CASACOR Santa Catarina. Unilux Basement - Beatriz Zeglin, Mariana Maisonnave, Arthur Lins, Felipe Finger and Vitor Sadowski. A basement, a redefined space. Revealed in layers during the restoration process, the gloom gives way to lights that enhance the preservation of the listed property. Solid brick walls and arches reveal the construction techniques of the time – contrasted with concrete retaining walls and a sofa that permeates and integrates the environment. (Mariana Boro)

02/12 - CASACOR Espírito Santo. Cosmopolitan Escape - Italla Monti and Solana Marianelli. From sensorial to high-tech, several concepts come together in a living room that is ideal for relaxing and gathering people. The cosmopolitan tone comes from the contrast between materials, such as wood, burnt cement, stones and metallic finishes. The furniture selection is meticulous and includes the Hug sofa by Solana Marianelli and the Mush glass coffee tables by Jader Almeida. The artworks are curated by Lara Brotas, from Galeria Matias Brotas, and feature works by Antonio Bokel, Yuri Seródio and Rosana Paste. (Felipe Araújo)

Designed for an essence store, the space showcases a contemporary language with the painting Algozes V by Christus Nóbrega. 07/12 - CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul. Nature Suite - Fernanda Paim and Elisa Martins. The professionals designed the space inspired by ballet, which seems to be a paradox with the rustic style. Some are very subtle, such as the feeling of freedom in the integration between bedroom, living room and kitchen. The reddish terracotta tone is affectionate, sensual and at the same time represents the strong connection with nature. Iron, metal and oxidized steel were the materials chosen by the architects to create a lavatory with the same contemporary style as the It Club.
