Wall coverings can be done in the most creative ways possible. Wallpapers with textures, unique designs and unusual colors are always an obvious choice. In addition, at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2018 , special paints and fabrics also cover the spaces and act as part of the decoration. We selected five spaces that invested in new solutions: Apartment Gallery - Lu Kreimer and Manuel Ferreira. On the back wall, bamboo was the inspiration for the delicate print on the wall, covered with raw cotton fabric, hand-painted by artist Marcus Vinicius de Palma. Coliving lounge - Jairo de Sender. The wallpaper with art deco references was the professional's choice. In addition to standing out in the space, it set the tone for the main colors of the furniture: moss green, navy blue and purple. Master suite - Claudia Pimenta and Patricia Franco. The beige wallpaper highlights the richness of its velvet texture, bringing warmth and comfort to such an intimate space. Ótica Gus - David Defizio. The project, inspired by major fashion brands, features walls and joinery covered in linen-textured paper, comfortable and discreet, highlighting the glasses on display. Bookstore and Reading Room - Hannah Brauer, Regina Prior and Bianca Prior. In the cozy and private reading space, the wall was covered with art by Marcos Vinicius de Palma, mixed in salmon and white.
