Living - Luis Fábio Rezende Araújo. In the environment that favors movement, ironwood panels with high-gloss varnish warm the walls. Neutral tones are present in some elements of the space, to balance the decor, such as the off-white curtain, which was inserted into the ceiling lining.

Bathroom - Rodrigo Aguiar. This project is surprising because it uses a cloth curtain, instead of a roller blind or blind, in a bathroom area. The professional uses it in a part of the space, in a neutral tone, which harmonizes perfectly with the Carrara marble, making the environment noble and sophisticated.

Essential Suite - CR Studio. In the bathroom area of the suite, the walls are neutral and have linen curtains and blinds, which guarantee a clean and contemporary style.

Central Room - Dodora Gontijo. Windows that see the city in motion and give vent to the voyeur instinct take on new contours. The landscape invades the room and joins the works of art, tapestries and pink curtains, which cover the walls and bring bossa to the environment.

Traveling Loft - Caio Prates. The loft, which houses a living room and integrated TV, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, is 2.38 m wide and 10 m long and is almost entirely covered with wooden blinds and in some areas, such as the bathroom shower, has linen curtains. The project was based on versatility and was assembled inside a bus.

Curtains play a fundamental role in the decor and have several functions: filtering the entry of light, delimiting spaces, completing the concept of the room and, sometimes, hiding a wall or even decorating it. At CASACOR Minas Gerais 2017 , visitors were able to see several models with various sizes, colors and styles in the most varied types of spaces, such as living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. This is because the mansion that hosts the exhibition has an original element that was well used by the professionals who maintained them: the windows, full of history and architecture.
