Sustainability is present throughout the project, from the reuse of rainwater to irrigate the landscaping. The outdoor area was designed by the architect, with landscaping by Allamanda Paisagismo, which uses several cement pots. There is also space for two lakes with ornamental fish.

In the 2019 edition of CASACOR São Paulo , conversations and debates gained an inspiring space, designed by Fabiano Hayasaki and Tania Hayasaki. The architect and interior designer developed the CASACOR Arena, which brings together people and knowledge. Five environments were distributed in 400 m²: hall, living room, auditorium, relationship room and a garden with self-sustainable materials and plants. Ecological wood fulfills the role of creating a naturally engaging space. The walls and plank floor were created from a mixture of recycled wood and polyethylene. Above, the decorative light fixtures are a highlight. They were made one by one and covered in average, for 3 thousand gold leaves.

The integration of the interior space with the garden creates a cozy area for gatherings, as well as making the most of the natural light that enters through the generous glass panels. The green combined with the wood contributes to the cozy atmosphere.

Also note the variety of seating, such as benches, stools, armchairs and the generous sofa that turns to both sides. They allow for a variety of uses and ways of occupying the spaces at Arena CASACOR .

In this meeting space, Fabiano Hayasaki and Tania Hayasaki also focused on the use of technology. The automation system allows the entire environment to be controlled using smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, computers and even voice commands. It is possible to turn the lights, for example, as well as regulating the air conditioning.

The wooden cobogós create an openwork partition that warms up the space even more. Together with the ceiling, the walls and the sinuous base of the table, the project showcases the versatility of wood.

In the social room, the floor is heated and ensures total comfort for guests. The careful study of lighting is highlighted once again, taking advantage of nuances of light and shadow and openwork elements.
