220 m² apartment gains a minimalist feel with the use of white and lots of wood

This 220 m² apartment is full of windows – but even so, it was dark due to the flooring and compartmentalized layout . So much so that bringing light and brightness to the interiors was the priority of the renovation project designed by the Très Arquitetura office, part of the CASACOR São Paulo 2023 cast. " The social area was super important to them . So we included the balcony – which was super small and narrow –, removed the fixtures and joined it to the living room. The social area is now all connected, with gourmet, living room and living room", say the professionals. A large sliding door allows you to isolate the dining room from the living room when necessary.

The freijó wood of the benches and panels embraces the dining room and living room. A very light stone appears on the counter and barbecue. The light tones extend to the furniture. The living room's carpentry also features a very thin metal structure, which houses a bar with unique lighting. "In the private area, we created an office with a mix of open and closed niches , lacquer with wood, illuminated niches", they conclude.
