Smart homes have already become a reality in many homes, bringing the possibility of
automating processes and making the resident's routine easier . With this in mind,
NOSSA Casa Arquitetura , a firm led by
Daniele Capo , sought to bring this trend to the home of a young pilot. hyperconnected plane. There
is automation in all environments and air conditioning, blinds, lighting and sound can be controlled digitally. The
85 m² apartment , located in the Chácara Santo Antônio neighborhood, in São Paulo, had its entire decoration designed to bring out the resident's youthful and cheerful side to give more personality to the spaces.
To create the space the client wanted, it was necessary
to completely change the original
layout of the property. A
space with a lot of usable area was created by giving up one of the three original bedrooms, which was demolished and integrated into the balcony, living room and kitchen. The kitchen , in turn, was also expanded, as cooking is one of the resident's passions.
As the resident is a big fan of
entertaining friends at home , a comfortable and visually striking
home bar was created, with a minibar, wine cellar, ice maker, and
just the right amount of lighting to make it stand out in the room. The home bar It is shared with a private library and an armchair for the resident's reading moments.
The biggest challenge the professional encountered was
transforming the living room into a kitchen , as all the infrastructure needed for this space – such as water, sewage, gas, hood and others – had to be brought to the location. For the hood, which is custom-made , two ducts are needed and in the original plan they were in the service area. The solution was to take them there, however, with the existence of a beam in the middle of the path for installation – the solution was
to hide part of them inside the carpentry suspended from the environment.
In the
master suite , Tauari wood took center stage and was used from the floor to the
headboard . The lighting was also designed to create a cozy atmosphere in the room, with an
illuminated headboard and a lamp next to the bed to provide support during moments of relaxation. reading.
