When the residents left São Paulo for
Praia do Canto, in Vitória (ES), they wanted a quieter life close to the sea and, for that, the new apartment also needed to be cozy and functional. The
Carol Zamboni Arquitetos office – part of
CASACOR Espírito Santo – was then called to create the setting for this new phase of life.

The layout features a large living room with a balcony and kitchen, a service area and a bathroom. In the
kitchen , the client's dream was to create a
Provençal-style space – which was achieved with
blue, gray and white carpentry, contrasting with natural materials such as wood, straw and leather. (Giovana Gonçalves/CASACOR)
The integrated dining room, TV room and balcony combine Provençal style with
boho chic with a mix of colors, prints, textures and styles with lots of personality.

"We used light cement porcelain tiles on the floor and vintage-looking bricks in a neutral color in the kitchen. Textures of natural rock fragments were also used on the walls to give the space a beachy, relaxed feel," explains the firm.
Children's bedrooms were designed with children's ideas in mind, but they are also rooms that will grow with the little ones, with furniture that can be adapted to suit their growth.

One of the bedrooms served as a
home office and gained a sofa bed to receive guests and plenty of storage space, making the most of every corner of the room.

The
master suite also has storage space and a versatile countertop that can be used as a dressing table, TV stand and home office. Neutral, timeless colors create a cozy atmosphere.
