For the
550 m² apartment, the
Navarro Arquitetura office (part of
CASACOR SP 2023 ) created a festive project, since the resident owns a DJ agency – there is even space for a booth in the living room!
However, the professionals also created a project with plenty of comfort, as a baby was on the way to expand the family.
“The idea was to make the property, which had undergone major renovations by the previous owners 15 years ago, more
minimalist and light for the arrival of the baby. The desire was for a space that would combine work, intimate space, receptions for more than 30 people and a
balcony that would be used for parties and, in the future, for the baby to sunbathe on a daily basis,” the professionals say.
In the
bedroom , the 3D covering creates movement on the wall.
The
light color palette contrasts with the dark tones and lines of the furniture and creates a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The
spherical lamps above the dining table are a highlight.
