The apartment is located in the Alto de Pinheiros neighborhood, in São Paulo, and was revamped to gain a contemporary layout,
integrated spaces ,
a home office to support workdays at home and a fully equipped
home theater .

Another challenge was the scale of the renovation, which included completely renovating the plumbing, electrical, masonry, flooring and ceilings.
Lighting was a point of attention to highlight the owners'
artwork and also to provide the necessary
comfort and well-being for the guests. environments.

One of the main challenges the architect faced was the low ceiling height, which made it difficult to install an air conditioning unit. To solve this, the
ceiling was lowered in the central area and an illuminated cove was placed in this space. Instead of the suite's bathroom, the couple decided to demolish the room and expand the space into a cozy and spacious home office.
