Lucas Takaoka - Casa Cosentino Embaúba. Projeto da CASACOR São Paulo 2022. (Gabriela Daltro/CASACOR)
The world has been through some difficult times in recent years. Hope has been shattered, and now is the time when people are relearning how to live in this new world that has emerged after almost two years of social isolation. This behavior was reflected in several environments at
CASACOR São Paulo 2022 , which, in one way or another, offered
decompression spaces , perfect for recharging your batteries and facing new challenges and the current reality. Below, check out 10 environments designed for a (re)start:
Through the Look
Brunete designed a living room focused on contemplation of space, which combines neutral tones and transparencies that seek to provoke reflection on the gaze and the future. The architect was inspired by the future opportunities that surround us at a time that is being known for the restart of life. in society. Brunete's environment is a "push" to renew strength and move forward.
Bereshí Studio
(Denilson Machado/CASACOR)
The word "Bereshi" is Hebrew, it begins the first book of the Pentateuch, translated as "in the beginning". The professional wanted to rescue the origins and essence, as well as offer a space for recomposition after the trauma caused by the pandemic. The idea of bringing together the shards to give rise to something new is expressed in the flooring of fragments of natural stone from discarded materials.
Senses Hall Deca
Roberto Migotto - Senses Hall Deca. (Denilson Machado/CASACOR)
Designed by Roberto Migotto, Senses Hall Deca is a sensorial spa with an Asian feel that seeks to convey peace and relaxation. The space features materials that explore the most diverse textures and creates a fluid, generous atmosphere that embraces visitors.
Cosentino House Embauba
(Gabriela Daltro/CASACOR)
Lucas Takaoka designed a minimalist space that, according to him, represents the "re-signification of life". He wanted to create a space that would be embraced by vegetation, and so he adopted a neutral palette where nature takes center stage. Highlights include the pieces designed by own office, such as the table, dining chairs, pendant, armchairs and the sofa itself.
Prose and Poetry
Studio HA - Prosa e Poesia. Projeto da CASACOR São Paulo 2022. (Renato Navarro/CASACOR)
The Prosa e Poesia space is home to Ofner at CASACOR São Paulo. For those who need to take a coffee break, there's nothing like being in a quiet corner surrounded by natural elements. "Ensuring an atmosphere of well-being was the project's biggest challenge ", says Flavia Burin, who leads Studio HA.
Caranda
Helô Marques - Carandá. Projeto da CASACOR São Paulo 2022. (Gabriela Daltro/CASACOR)
Architect Helô Marques created a country house at CASACOR São Paulo - which ironically, was built in the middle of one of the most famous and urban streets of the great metropolis. The message is simple: it is possible to bring the comfort of the countryside into the home by betting on in the right elements. The idea was inspired by the lifestyle adopted by the architect, who moved with her family to a farm at the beginning of the pandemic.
Comfort Island - Golden Hour
Elaine Vilela de Sousa - Ilha de Conforto Golden Hour. Projeto da CASACOR São Paulo 2022. (Renato Navarro/CASACOR)
A 65 m² space that invites you to receive friends and renew your energy was Elaine Vilela's choice for CASACOR. The golden tones bring joy and convey a feeling of renewal and vitality, while an earthy palette softens and brings more comfort and calm.
Cate Poli
