CASACOR Pernambuco will be celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022 in the heart of Recife, in the Chanteclair Building. This edition marks the reopening of the building and the recovery of the city's historic center . The 26 rooms were built on the ground floor, also occupying some outdoor areas – a invitation to value the memory of Old Recife and its traditions.

Among the projects presented, the “ Vivix Ver-se Space, by Kisu ”, designed by architect André Carício , draws attention. The main objective was to maintain the monumental identity of the space through the existing elements, thus, the design of the ceiling recalls the original ceiling and the preservation from the arches rescues the trajectory of Chanteclair.

The restaurant’s two rooms and the waiting lounge are united by the timelessness of the materials. The porcelain Stone of Savoy Portinari's design brought this effect. “The gray color of the floor ensured elegance and harmony between the spaces, highlighting the chosen elements. The result combines comfort, lightness, history and contemporaneity”, says the professional.
Here, visitors can enjoy the circuit to socialize with friends and family , getting to know the architectural and gastronomic differences on offer. The menu features traditional Japanese dishes, mixed with some classics that pay homage to local culture.

Continuing the tour, the “ Living Office Flow ”, created by architect Juliana da Mata , ensures well-being, in addition to the feeling of belonging through memories. The solutions proposed by the office are surprising: from a central pillar, a large work desk with organic features emerges.
