Magic Walls - Leo Romano - CASACOR São Paulo 2019

Magic Walls - Leo Romano - CASACOR São Paulo 2019 (Salvador Cordaro)

Stylish and full of personality, spaces that feature black decor are always highly sought after for the air of modernity that they add to the composition, but that doesn't mean they don't divide opinions. The main criticisms are related to the lack of light and also the heavy appearance that a composition in black can have, but can this be reversed? CASACOR 's team shows that it can!
Paredes Mágicas - Leo Romano - CASACOR São Paulo 2019

Paredes Mágicas - Leo Romano - CASACOR São Paulo 2019 (Salvador Cordaro/CASACOR)

The Magic Walls project, designed by Leo Romano , features black as the main color and it is impossible not to notice its elegance. To bring lightness, the architect opted for some light-colored pieces, which function as points of light to sectorize and illuminate the different environments.
Deca Loft, project by Marcelo Lopes for CASACOR Paraná 2021.

(Samuel Berger/CASACOR)

Marcelo Lopes showed that black can be energetic when used in spaces with reduced footage . The Deca Loft featured a series of contrasts between black, gray, caramel and white to give it more dynamism. Highlight for the privileged lighting that brings life to the space.

Lineastudio Arquiteturas - O Lugar. (Cristiano Bauce/CASACOR)

Inspired by Gothic architecture , Lineastudio Arquiteturas opted for an atmosphere in which black dominates the walls, but is contrasted by lighter items and sober colors such as white and wine . Despite using more sober tones, the composition was fun and elegant .
Investing in plants is also a way to lighten the mood of a black-toned decor and create a more natural atmosphere . In the Corporate Lounge project, Leonardo Tulli created a minimalist environment in which fern species stand out – and even receive indirect light to gain prominence .
CASACOR Itapema 2018.Loft do Arquiteto - Athos Peruzzolo

(Lio Simas/CASACOR)

The wooden floor and vertical garden were responsible for breaking the sobriety of the space designed by Athos Peruzzolo . Black is the protagonist and highlights the volume and design of the fixed furniture and the structure of the space.
Casa da Girafa:Cinex - Leo Romano. CASACOR Goiás 2019

(Jomar Bragança/CASACOR)

Leo Romano proved that he is a master when it comes to using the color black in decoration . The ceiling and walls brought an elegant and intimate atmosphere , quite cozy to the Casa da Girafa: Cinex project. Highlight for the navy blue sofa that brings a touch of color, but does not stray from the sober proposal or make the space monochromatic.
