Under the concept of a gathering of friends, the LLAR Space has the wine cellar as one of the project's great differentiators. Positioned in a prominent location, it is covered in natural materials and was equipped with LED lighting that further enhances the bottles. “The space was designed to bring people together. That’s why we positioned a super elegant wine cellar next to the dining room . An extremely fluid, spacious and very sophisticated space,” says architect Dalilla Menegotto.

Another unique design for the wine cellar can be seen in the Casa Blanca 30+ space. Made of marble, the space has a space for bottles and glasses, accompanied by a counter so that guests can enjoy the drink while serving themselves.

Balcony by Juliana Leão

Juliana Leão opted for a unique and stylish wine cellar. Designed by Choque Design , it is a suspended wine cellar with a curved shape that is reminiscent of grape bunches . Designed in a modular way, it can be used separately or together, taking advantage of vertical spaces that are often considered unused.

Ney Lima and Walléria Teixeira opted for a signature wine cellar, with industrialized stone cladding. The carpentry creates a sophisticated atmosphere in the loose layout of the space that integrates the bar, living room and dining room .
