7 CASACOR environments redefine the feminine color palette

(Denilson Machado)

The concept of what is understood as feminine has undergone changes over time - the interpretation needed to be improved to keep up with the complexity of forms and identities of the modern woman. Realizing the number of different combinations that make up a woman, Pantone decided to update its color palette designated for women, understanding that shades of pink are no longer enough to understand the range of personalities. Femininity Redefined is comprised of just one pink shade, called Mellow Rose, as well as pastels and work-appropriate colors. Inspired by the new palette, and on the eve of CASACOR São Paulo , we selected 7 environments from our previous exhibitions that were designed in tones similar to the recently launched ones. Check it out!

In 2018, Melina Romano created Estúdio Trama in São Paulo, combining three main tones of blue, pink and yellow, which is similar to Pantone's Custard tone. Very personal objects, such as photos, shoes or an old cup, gain a greater meaning, representing stories and feelings that materialize.

Juliana Pippi opted for a pink similar to Mellow Rose to create the TOKI space, A dive into my time, at CASACOR São Paulo in 2018. The rosé tones bring a cozy atmosphere, while the blue highlights the volume of the sofa.
Designed for mature women to have a private moment and get completely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Studio Off was presented in Goiás this year . Mariana Mendonça left the highlight of the decoration to the brownish coral like Mocha Mousse , while in the rest of the color palette she emphasized the clean, grayish color.

The sofa is also a highlight in Bruno Carvalho 's Estúdio Tempo for São Paulo in 2017. The softness of the blue sofa, reminiscent of the color Skyway , invites you to chat and the metallic details suggest sophistication.

Lucy Amicón and Vanessa Ireno designed this Girl's Room in soft tones, such as Sea Fog . The modern touch is provided by the geometric shapes on the walls and the carpentry, designed to be functional. Paula Neder 's Living Room emphasizes light tones and comfort in the modular sofa and armchairs covered in soft and welcoming leather. The off-white Pastel Parchment appears not only in the upholstery of the furniture, but also in the tone of the walls and curtains.

Rio de Janeiro was colored orange at CASACOR 2018 with the Living Room of Casa Viva by Ana Lúcia Jucá . The earthy tones warm up the predominant gray, making the environment fun and personalized.
