CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Loft in the Countryside - Paola Ribeiro. The only divider in the space is a mirrored glass that hides the bathroom. The desire was for total integration in a mountain-style environment, where one of the meeting points is around the large wooden countertop with green lacquer. It starts as a support for the cooktop, becomes a sink and reaches the home office. The light fixture is by Jader Almeida.(Divulgação/)
/30 - CASACOR Brasília 2016. Gourmet Refuge - André Alf (Alf Arquitetura). With 194m², the space is organized around the habits of those who love to cook for friends and appreciate art and design. 02/30 - CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Estar Gourmet - Livia Marcantonio Bortoncello. The pillars of the original structure guided the layout, which integrates living and kitchen. The setting explores natural textures, such as linen and cotton in the upholstery, fibers in the carpet, as well as wood and leather. Not to mention the sheep's wool poufs in the living room, by Inês Schertel. Rovere wood veneers and brown lacquer take turns on the rectilinear fixed furniture and interact with sophisticated surfaces, such as glass and quartz. (Divulgação | CASACOR)
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016 - Contemporary Loft - Sérgio Caus. The well-designed joinery is the starting point of the space designed for a couple of doctors. 04/30 - CASA COR Rio de Janeiro 2016 - Reception Room - Erick Figueira de Melo. The house already has its living room, but in this space without rooms, measuring 65 m², the proposal is for everyone to be together and mixed. A game, having a drink, eating something quick, chatting and listening to music are some possibilities in the space, which starts with the Square sofa, from Arquivo Contemporâneo, measuring 4.80m long. Another detail is the L-shaped screen, which transforms the space without major interventions. ()
/30 - CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Estúdio da Filha - Jairo de Sender. The daughter just got married, but she's not going to change. So the idea is to achieve privacy and independence for the couple and the family. With this story in mind, the architect started by choosing the predominant tone, cream, which came from the Smock armchair, by Patricia Urquiola. ()
/30 - CASACOR Santa Catarina 2016 - Renault Cabin - Marchetti Bonetti, Tais Adriana Marchetti Bonetti and Giovani Bonetti. Created to showcase the Duster Oroch model, the project proposes a compact, complete and nomadic dwelling that reflects the adventurous and creative spirit of the car's owner. The box built with the Wood Frame system was covered on the outside with Hunter Douglas aluminum miniwave sheets. The interior was covered with Ellioti Pine reforestation wood, in a shade of carbonized gray. Highlights include the bamboo furniture with a rubberized finish, and the armchair covered in recycled truck tarpaulin. It is accompanied by the Inflamável table, by Maurício Arruda, which uses pieces found in the Renault workshop. ()
/30 - CASACOR Brasília 2016. Flat Terracotta - Débora Brayner. The spaces are multifunctional and integration between them is guaranteed by the open elements. Rustic and urban styles come together in the furniture pieces, combined with natural materials to create neutral and cozy environments. Clay, mud, cement, wood and bricks appear in the coverings and lead the palette of raw tones. ()
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Dining Room and Washroom - Alessandra Guidoni. Measuring 24.85 m², the Dining Room is a welcoming space that is integrated with the other areas of the house. The decopanel covering, the well-crafted woodwork and an onyx counter give the space a modern and welcoming tone. ()
/30 - CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Central Room - Patrícia Hermany. The mineral cold does not take away the feeling of coziness in the room covered with Petra Minas marble. In shades of brown and ice, it came from the Barbacena region. The neutral aloe fiber rug softens the effect and welcomes the furniture that combines Italian pieces and Brazilian design, by Casual and Etel Carmona. ()
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Casa da Montanha - Cyane Zoboli. Comfort defines the project, which focuses on gastronomy and the pleasure of entertaining friends. Everything is developed around the kitchen, which occupies the center of the 130 m² house. It has a huge countertop in Branco Paraná granite, where the support for meals is fitted. The living room is a natural continuation and gathers guests in a generous upholstery. ()
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Renault Living Garage with Garden - Fábio Pinho and Andréa de Pinho. The environment was designed especially for socializing, with a generous living room that occupies a large part of 110 m² and a garden with a koi pond outside. Here, the gourmet environment brings a synthesis of the project language, which focuses on gray on the walls and floor, invests in light wood in the furniture and emphasizes the contrasts in black and white. Renault's Duster Oroch model gains even more prominence under the modern bronze lamp. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Todeschini Gourmet Kitchen - Guilherme Torres. The Corian countertop solves the space by functioning as a cabinet and hiding the sink and washing machine. The stainless steel table innovates with the induction cooking system, which eliminates the use of a stove and gives the appropriate look to the space, which is a hybrid of kitchen and living room. The black and white duo is explored in various ways, conveying a futuristic air. ()
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Apartment Living Room - Junior Torezani and Victor Sarcinelli. The space includes TV, living and dining rooms, as well as a guest bathroom. The highlights are the shades of gray, which wash even the fabrics of the furniture, and the play with textures such as quartzite, wood and wallpaper that surround the space. Here, colors are added in a specific way, as in the Vermelha armchair by the Campana Brothers. In the dining room, separated by a metallic screen, the Bailarina table is designed by Leo Romano. ()
/30 - CASACOR Mato Grosso 2016. Guest Toilet - Caroline Arantes and Juliana Cascaes. The duo had plenty of space available for a toilet, 55m², and decided to create a spacious waiting room. Gray predominates, including the stone-like floor, with discreet interferences of graphics and brushstrokes of blue and green. ()
/30 - CASACOR Brasília 2016. PS SPOT Flávia Nars and Laísa Carpaneda (Carpaneda Nars). Some walls are warmed up with wood texture or by the large lacquered bookcase. The furniture is by Brazilian designers such as Ricardo Fasanello, Jorge Zalszupin and Dado Castello Branco. 16/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Casa da Praia - Letícia Finamore. The house is for a young couple passionate about sun, beaches and nature. For a simple and casual look, the architect defined an integrated plan and adopted light colors that illuminate the space, where the tone of burnt cement also predominates on the floor. Some walls were heated with bricks, and washed freijó wood appears occasionally in the furniture. Other natural textures that complement each other are linen, straw on the ceiling and rustic travetine marble on the kitchen countertop. ()
/30 - CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Solarium - Kassio Fontoura and Marcela Grasselli. The large original wired glass skylight was the starting point for the 192 m² space. New elements were incorporated, but the sensation of natural light entering the building was preserved. Panels with lattices ensure integration with the deck and nature, while revealing the careful selection of objects, designed for a couple who appreciate art. ()
/30 - CASACOR Paraná 2016. Dining and Social Room - Carla Gil Heller and Fernanda Gil Heller. The lacquered furniture, which is still in fashion, is combined with a honey-colored wood pattern. The vinyl flooring and fabric panels complete the base of the project, which exudes comfort. The table was designed by product designer Bernardo Heller, at the request of the professionals. To make the moment of entertaining more functional, the duo also decided to bring back the china cabinet. ()
/30 - CASACOR Paraná 2016. Living with Terrace - Viviane Loyola. Several environments coexist in these 150 m², such as the hall, living room, TV room and balcony with SPA. The living room has comfortable and generous furniture, such as chaises and linen sofas - a fabric that also envelops the room in the curtains. The hazelnut wooden bookcase was designed by the office and has a limestone fireplace in the center. ()
/30 - CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Integrated Living - Isadora Capobiango. The starting point was to define three integrated spaces, tuned to a calm atmosphere, which takes on shades of gray, beige and brown. It is made to be discovered gradually, with its L-shaped geometry, and features the Saarinen table accompanied by a curved sofa. Above this set, notice the wooden detail in the ceiling. ()
/30 - CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Master Suite - Hotel Room by Júnior Piacesi. The professional surprises by proposing to break the impersonality inherent to the environment. In every detail, Piacesi aimed to provide a series of sensations, which make the experience of staying a memorable one. The space, located in a metal box, houses another glass box, in the bathroom shower, which goes from ceiling to floor and, at night, becomes a large lamp. The room opens onto a large deck, where a torch stand and a wall reserved for projecting images stand out. The bed, of Italian design, has a headboard with a lighted metal structure and is located on an increased ceiling height. ()
/30 - CASACOR Mato Grosso 2016. Living Space - Marcus Leão. The loose layout makes good use of the 73 m², creating several meeting and conversation points. The spaces communicate with each other thanks to the palette of neutral tones they have in common, as well as the predominance of natural materials, such as fabrics, leather and wood. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Ornare Experience - João Armentano. Two choices guide the project: walls covered with wooden panels and camouflaged furniture, such as kitchen cabinets, shelves in the dining room and the home office table. The gray covering on the floor reinforces the coziness and the concept of integration. ()
/30 - CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Living with Dinner and Swimming Pool - Graziela Costa, Kívia Costa, Zuleica Lombardi and Érika Steckelberg (CSL Arquitetura). Ideal for socializing, the space provides an interference-free view and features pieces such as the Soane sofa, whose curved design provides interactivity. The textured rugs and intimate light make the environment even more welcoming. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. The light fixture is by Jader Almeida. (Divulgação)
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Estúdio Jabuticaba - Nildo José. The multifunctional concrete bench surrounds the space and is a key piece in the 43m2 loft. It serves as a hat rack, sideboard, shelf, fireplace log holder and dining table bench. The feeling of continuity and spaciousness comes from the use of Canadian wood on the floor without baseboards and on the walls. And the name of the space comes from the jabuticaba tree in the living room. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Creative Office - Patricia Anastassiadis. The room combines a library, office and space to celebrate with friends, as this year's theme at CASA COR dictates. In the office, the dialogue is rich between the Svolta desk, from Empório Beraldi, and the 19th-century English chair, by Arnaldo Danemberg Antiquário. The original tiles from the Jockey clinic were incorporated into the project. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Living da Praia - David Bastos. The predominant white only gives license to other soft tones, such as pink and the blue serenity of the kitchen cabinet, which houses the ceramics from Studio Heloísa Galvão. In the center, the brushed steel table evokes the industrial style, designed by the architect for Mekal. The seating reinforces the proximity of natural elements in the curtain's palm straw, cotton rug and linen sofas. ()
/30 - CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Home Cinema - Bruno Gap. In addition to watching movies, you can gather friends to play games at the dinner table, prepare a meal in the kitchenette or simply chat, since the theme of CASA COR this year is celebration. The style has a Scandinavian influence, present in the bright colors and the sofa designed by the architect. ()
/30 - CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Loft For Life - Dany Bitencourt and Wagner Costa. Two features of lofts - high ceilings and an open plan with connected spaces - are emphasized in the project, which occupies the former ballroom of the Petrópole Tênis Clube. The duo took advantage of the large windows to bring natural light into the scene and exposed the solid walls of the 1940s building. They serve as a backdrop for works by Tomie Ohtake, Siron Franco, Iberê Camargo and others, curated by Cézar Pontes. The freestanding furniture is also designed by Luia Mantelli and Rejane Carvalho, arranged on a kilim rug. (Divulgação | CASACOR)
