01/13 -

CASACOR Franca. Espaço Quatro Elementos - Ângela Dorascenzi, Mônica Costa, Estela Martins and Yuri Miranda. The leisure area brings the simplicity of natural elements applied with sophistication and comfort. The lap pool, with infinity edge, makes the space inviting for hot days, and the stone fireplace is the ideal choice for cold weather. The reforested wood deck and the draining floor make the environment more sustainable. The landscaping prioritizes native species and highlights fruit trees, such as the Surinam cherry and the Jabuticaba tree.

ROOFTOP-14
02/13 -

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul. Rooftop - Fernando Thunm. Stone, water and wood are the main elements in the three spaces. One of them is the lounge on the deck, protected by wooden brises. There you can watch the fire burning on the stone base, illuminating the jabuticabeira tree that is the centerpiece of the space. The pool covered with porcelain tiles that reproduce concrete tones is one of the new features.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul. Rooftop At Viverone - Larissa Palma Dias and Cristiane Bergesch. The urban environment is interpreted through their artistic expressions. Vegetation of Brazilian species connects graffiti interventions to other works, in a proposal that also looks to the past, by restoring the original deck and recovering the wooden slats. A highlight is the 16-meter-long panel by artist Marcelo Pax.

CASACOR São Paulo. Marina Linhares - Beach House. White and shades of blue bring a touch of the sea and summer, in perfect harmony with the natural tones of the wood and straw. Cane furniture, like that used in the English colonies in the Caribbean, was designed by Armando Cerello. To complete the coastal atmosphere, there is nothing better than a swimming pool right in front of the living room.

CASACOR Paraguay. Swimming pool - Fany Bogarín and Viviana Diez Pérez. The existing pool has been given a new concept, different uses and several levels. CASACOR Minas Gerais. Estação Lazer - Gislene Lopes. The play of light and shadows makes the outdoor area with gourmet space even more pleasant. The blue sofa guarantees relaxation, as do the water jets that come out of the deck into the pool. In fact, above the pool, a delightful daybed was fixed to the pergola.

Whether for relaxing or playing sports, swimming pools are always a great way to liven up both indoor and outdoor spaces. In 2017, many CASACOR professionals built their spaces around swimming pools, creating décor concepts that incorporated the water element into the atmosphere.

Not even the colder climate of the Andes Mountains or the pampas of Rio Grande do Sul was an impediment for the architects and designers of the cast to use the pools. At CASACOR Bolivia , Alejandra Iriarte explored the contrasts and duality of water and fire in the Pool Bar Deca and Fernando Thunm lets the beautiful view enter and integrate the space for those who are relaxing in the porcelain-covered pool, on the Rooftop of CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul .
