Architect's Warehouse - Maurício Queiroz. Cozy and inviting, the space has a wine bar, sofas, armchairs and a fireplace overlooking a forest. Created in a demountable structure, the space is 100% reusable and can be reused in another location.

Urban Cabin - Marcio Michaluá. This hybrid project brings together references from art, design, architecture and photography. The landscaping, by Renata Tilli, blesses the cabin with a sense of well-being, relaxation and connection. Guest artist Antonio Peticov lends his creativity, bringing to life the hydraulic tiles and the neon sculpture that marks the cabin in a spectrum of rainbow colors.

Cozy House - Olegário de Sá. The feeling of not wanting to leave home anymore; this is the provocation brought by the Olegário de Sá office. The cozy atmosphere distributed over 100m2 uses materials such as wood and natural stone, combined with the modernity of structured glass. Highlighting the yellowish lighting that makes the environment warmer.

Fetish Loft - Ricardo Abreu. With 80 m2, the project is a reference to the old “garçonnières”, or small apartments intended for romantic encounters. The dark tones and scenic lighting favor the atmosphere of fantasy and sensations, reinforced by playful touches, such as the ball pit.

Loft Refúgio - Consuelo Jorge. The 100m2 refuge offers a sophisticated and warm atmosphere due to the choice of materials, furniture and objects that decorate the space. In the integrated suite, the highlight is the canopy bed that cradles the resident.

Les Hérons - Gustavo Martins. Inspired by the art deco that marked the iconic hotel lobbies of the early 20th century, the architect created a space full of decorative elements that permeate the whole. Intimate Room - Paulo Azevedo. A room full of references, colors, textures and history. In his project, the architect seeks to represent the sensations, moments, feelings and identity of a mature woman in her 40s, passionate about fashion, photography, art and design. The atmosphere of the room has a scent of the 70s and 80s, which perfectly complements the classic base.

Bar do Relógio - Marcelo Diniz. The 270 m2 bar was divided into three areas, always respecting the original structure of the Jockey Club of São Paulo. Inside, the Venetian pink color warms the space and was used on both the walls and the ceiling. The layout is organized symmetrically by two curved sofas in cotton velvet that embrace the visitors.
