1- Lounge Commander Rolim Amaro, by Arthur Guimarães

Making his debut at
CASACOR SP , architect
Arthur Guimarães has designed a 110 m² space that also marks the beginning of the exhibition circuit. In other words, his proposal is to be a first-class place to welcome visitors. And this happens right at the
entrance :
The portico received a frame produced with Silestone® Charcoal Soapstone , which is inspired by the popular “soapstone” and has a blue-gray finish with powerful gray nuances.

To enhance the cozy atmosphere, the project also features
a fireplace covered in Dekton® Kira, a standard from the Dekton® Natural Collection line . Kira has a color based on earthy tones, with contrasting light gray veins, reminiscent of natural stone. Grey Pulpis.
2- Casa Égide, by Studio Ro+Ca

Carlos Carvalho, Rodrigo Beze and
Caio Carvalho, from
Studio Roca , placed sustainability and reconnection as the pillars of the
Égide space, a place of support and refuge to enjoy with the family. The space has a palette that varies between black, gray and woody.

The bathroom flooring and countertop feature Dekton® Laurent , which features references to the Port Laurent natural stone, with its color variation on a dramatic dark brown background intersected by golden veins.
The same pattern was also specified on the kitchen countertop. .
3- Casa Alva, by BC Architects

Named
Casa Alva , the 180 m² space designed by architects
Bruno Carvalho and Camila Avelar was built in a dismountable metal structure, like a monochromatic box. The project with simple lines brings delicate and sensorial elements, represented by cutouts, curves and textures that , little by little, reveal the spaces integrated and connected by nature.

To produce the kitchen countertop, the professionals specified Dekton® Aeris , a color that boasts light tones with cream-colored details inspired by white limestone. This neutral and subtle tone allows for a wide variety of combinations for different environments and architectural designs. .
4- Terra Studio, by Beatriz Quinelato

In her first
CASACOR SP ,
Beatriz Quinelato chose earthy tones for the coverings and a monochromatic decoration permeated by the green of the plants that welcome the visitor. Here, the invitation is to rescue the feeling of having “feet on the ground”, in a return to the roots and to the meaning of the essential.

The architect used Silestone® Eternal Marfil to produce the bathroom and kitchen countertops, which features light orange veins on a beige background. Warm and minimalist,
Et Marfil is a new reinterpretation of Crema Marfil marble, a neutral color that creates a naturalness and serenity to any space.

For the kitchen countertop, Guto Requena chose Silestone® Cincel Grey, a silky, fine-grained, neutral and versatile grey with a soft texture.
6- A, Dorê Gourmet L' Espace AD, by Marcelo Diniz and Mateus Finzetto

Marcelo Diniz and
Mateus Finzetto chose
Silestone® Cincel Grey to combine with Dekton® Soke in the production of the island countertop at
A, Dorê Gourmet L' Espace AD . “We thought that the space should be an invitation to receive in different ways, both in the lounge with a support bar, and on the gourmet island”, explains Marcelo.

The central island guided the entire project. Built into its structure, a table offers two possible uses: as a support board for informal reception and as a conventional table when open.
7 - Todeschini Reserve, by Debora Aguiar

Inspired by dark marbles with light veins,
Dekton® Kelya was the choice of veteran Débora Aguiar for Riserva Todeschini , a welcoming space that reflects the idea of the home as an increasingly prominent place in people's lives.

With 250 m², the space is divided into a living room, suite with closet, bathroom, garden and a gourmet space, where
Cosentino products are the highlight.
8- Social House, by Leo Shehtman

Renowned architect
Leo Shehtman , who has participated in all editions of
CASACOR , proposes a loft that brings a young and masculine language, representing a resident very connected to technology and digital influences, who also uses the house as a work and production space. content such as live broadcasts and podcasts.

With sober colors, dark tones, organic shapes and materials that connect with nature, the 125 m² space portrays a contemporary Brazilian style. And
Dekton® Kelya can be seen applied to the kitchen countertop in the space. 9- Time House, by Ticiane Lima

Ticiane Lima's tiny house features Dekton® Kelya on the kitchen countertop of the 40 m² residence, suspended over a reflecting pool. Built on a metal base, the house features integrated spaces and minimalist décor.

For the bathroom, the professional chose Silestone® Eternal Statuario , a bluish-white surface with clear, shiny veins in shades of gray and pink.
10- Alma Duratex House, by Melina Romano
