Signed by architects
Mariana Meneghisso and Alexandre Pasquotto – from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo, this duplex penthouse by the beach has
340 m² and was renovated to be a welcoming and functional space for moments of relaxation, coexistence, and leisure.
The apartment belongs to the architects themselves, and the decision to acquire the penthouse came after years in a small
apartment with no view of the sea. They sought to create a project that united practicality and aesthetics, guided by the integration of projects, choice of
minimalist materials, and appreciation of spacious, airy spaces, taking advantage of the privileged location.
The penthouse features a spacious living area where the living room,
dining room, and
kitchen connect harmoniously, promoting a relaxed and informal coexistence. The entrance hall was defined by planned joinery that combines functionality and sophistication.
The property has three
bedrooms, including two guest suites and a master suite, which stands out for its private living area and the
balcony integrated into the project, offering a stunning view of the sea. A joinery divider was developed to accommodate the TV, separating the areas functionally without interfering with the building's facade.
On the upper floor, the leisure area is the highlight, featuring a
gourmet area, swimming pool, and locker room. The outdoor spaces were designed to be functional and relaxing, with neutral-colored furniture and materials resistant to the sea breeze.
For the coatings, the architects chose practical materials with a minimalist touch, such as Itaúnas and porcelain that resembles Limestone, combined with neutral wood tones, straw, and a lot of matte white. Warm lights and natural fiber fabrics complement the project, reinforcing the sense of comfort.
The renovation included electrical and plumbing adaptations to meet the couple's needs. Each choice was guided by the desire to create a practical, elegant space with its own identity, both for intimate moments of rest and for hosting friends and family, as well as being in full connection with nature.
