Right at the entrance, the dark black hall creates a "box" effect and anticipates the sophisticated atmosphere of the project. Crossing it, the visitor is faced with the spaciousness of the integrated living room, the heart of the apartment.

The starting point was the gourmet island, equipped with an orange stove, which connects to a natural wood slab table, designed to gather everyone around while the host cooks.

The island sofa completes the integration between the social projects, reinforcing the welcoming and festive character. Natural wood slab panels were strategically designed to hide laundry, pantry, and audio equipment, keeping the layout clean and sophisticated.

The artworks and signed design pieces give personality and identity to the project: highlighting the Fardos armchair by Ricardo Fasanello, the Zina dining chairs by Zanini de Zanine, as well as works by Tomie Ohtake, Abraham Palatnik, Athos Bulcão, and Denilson Baniwa. The collection also includes sculptures by Amílcar de Castro and José Bento, in addition to the Disco Table, signed by Bruno de Carvalho.
