Em Teresina, brises de mogno dão ar contemporâneo à casa de 620 m² (Denilson Machado/CASACOR)

Signed by architect José Ribeiro, from the Dois Arquitetura office and cast of CASACOR Piauí, this project is located in Teresina (PI) and was developed for a businesswoman who enjoys hosting her children, grandchildren, and friends. "She is a long-time client of our office," comments the architect. The house was initially planned for a plot of land owned by the client, but after careful analysis, she decided to apply the same project to the lot where she lived, which measured 2100 m². The old construction was demolished, the land was prepared, and the new residence was built, totaling 620 m² of built area.
