When the former BBB and influencer Lucas Bissoli decided to return to his home state - Espírito Santo - it was up to the architect Renzo Cerqueira (from the cast of CASACOR São Paulo) to renovate the property of 180 m² in Praia de Itaparica, Vila Velha. "He wanted a spacious and fluid home that valued social interaction," says the professional. A priority of the renovation was the integration of projects, which was achieved thanks to the removal of an old pantry and the integration with the balcony. The kitchen, in turn, was designed with a large sliding door that can isolate the room if needed. The interiors are divided into two distinct styles. The social area is clean and light, with a neutral color palette (white, gray, beige) and the presence of wood, which adds an essential feeling of warmth. The highlights are the white marbled floor in the living room and the cozy lighting. The organic patterned carpet is designed by Renzo himself and was originally made for his project at CASACOR Espírito Santo 2023. Meanwhile, the office and the bedrooms adopt a bolder proposal, inspired by industrial and contemporary styles. Here, the highlight is focused lighting, the use of darker colors, and modern finishes.
