Signed by architect
Júnior Piacesi, head of the Piacesi Arquitetura office and cast of
CASACOR Minas Gerais, this compact and well-designed apartment was conceived for a young couple, with integration as the key word. With
75 m² in total, 30 m² dedicated to the external projects, the design values every available centimeter. The social area combines
living room and
kitchen in one single projects, promoting coexistence and the intelligent use of space.

The decor follows an
elegant and timeless color palette, composed of white, gray, and black, with pointed touches of natural wood — present in the horizontal blind of the bedroom and, in the external projects, on the deck, in the armchair, under the cover, and in the slatted portico.

The
master suite provides comfort and privacy, while the second bedroom adapts to the couple's needs: it functions as an office during the day and, when necessary, can open up to the living room, transforming into a versatile space to host guests.

But it is in the external projects that the apartment reveals its essence.
A SPA invites relaxation, balancing the fast pace of urban life with moments of pause and well-being. The service area has been discreetly camouflaged by slatted doors, and a table for outdoor dining completes the setting — ideal for informal gatherings, sunny breakfasts, or dinners under the stars. An urban refuge, light and versatile, tailor-made for life as a couple.
