This house of 989 m² in Lago Sul, Brasília, was designed by the office Morada 31.12 Architecture and Interiors – from the cast of CASACOR Brasília – for a couple with two children, who use it entirely, including leisure areas in their daily life. The central concept was to create a refuge that maximizes natural light, cross ventilation, and visual connection with the lush landscape, enhancing thermal and sensory comfort. "One of the biggest challenges was designing a house with such a wide area and making it cozy and as integrated as possible," says architect Mariana Leal.
