The key solution of the project was the complete opening of the openings between the living room and the garden, using a shrimp door that allows the full integration of the projects, keeping the garden framed.

The renovation involved a complete update of the infrastructure, including electrical and plumbing, as well as addressing a serious moisture issue. To do this, it was necessary to break all the flooring of the outdoor area to channel the rainwater and replace it with a new coating that harmonized with the garden.

The aesthetic conception was based on a light palette, natural tones, and the use of delicate metalwork. The projects inside represent a sophisticated mix of design, featuring furniture such as the restored yellow Jacarandá armchair and a Jangada armchair acquired from an antique shop. Art is a strong point, with works by Arnaldo de Melo, Leonilson, Gê Viana, and José Bezerra's sculpture, giving personality to the space.
