Located in the Brooklin neighborhood (SP), this apartment of 86 m² was transformed by professionals José Navarro (from the cast of CASACOR São Paulo) and Ana Carolina Walker into a sophisticated and extremely functional support residence. Designed for a young and single owner, the property needed to balance the practicality of a stopover in the capital with the comfort necessary to receive visitors and relax.

The great asset of this renovation was the reconfiguration of the original layout. By eliminating one of the bedrooms, the architects created what they call a "itinerant room". Through intelligent carpentry panels, the layout became mutable: the space can be fully integrated into the living area to expand the social area or closed to ensure the privacy of a second bedroom when necessary.

The door that enables this transition is the heart of the project. "It provides essential flexibility for a compact property, allowing the apartment to adapt to the moment's use," the professionals explain.

To create a cozy atmosphere without losing the contemporary essence, the color palette bets on the balanced contrast between urban gray and the warmth of wood.

Integrated and fluid, the living and the kitchen add up to 34 m² of spatial utilization. The carpentry not only organizes the functions but also acts as a central aesthetic element.

The balcony of 16 m² has been turned into a green lung. The dense vegetation was strategically positioned to create a visual barrier, ensuring privacy from neighbors and softening the metropolitan landscape.

Finally, in the intimate area, the master suite, with 15 m², follows a language of neutral tones and tactile textures, reinforcing the invitation to rest.
