With
271 m² and a privileged view of the city, this
apartment in Fortaleza (CE) was designed as a sophisticated and welcoming home. The layout conceived by the firm
Romário Rodrigues Arquitetos (from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo) prioritizes the integration of the social projects -
living,
dining and
gourmet in a sophisticated composition, where custom cabinetry and noble finishes gain prominence.

The property with three suites is shared by the couple with a small child and the wife’s mother. "The main request was to create an elegant and functional space, with well-sectorized areas,
comfortable bedrooms, ample spaces for gathering, and the utilization of the many decorative items that the family already owned," says the architect Romário Rodrigues.

The integration of the social projects required the reorganization of the layout to provide visual and functional continuity.
The highlight is the natural stones, with marble applied in the gourmet area and on the TV panel, as well as black travertine in the dining room. Surrounded by wood panels, the bar connects to the dining and living areas like a box, ideal for receiving guests with elegance. (Felipe Petrovsky/Divulgação)
"The furniture was chosen with a focus on comfort and visual harmony with the family’s collection. Fabrics such as linen and bouclé reinforce a cozy touch. The use of black in details, like lighting fixtures and specific surfaces, brings sophistication without heaviness," points out the professional. The presence of personal pieces and adornments lends authenticity and emotional memory to the décor. Thus, each project exudes a balance between sophistication and lightness.
