O projeto foi concebido como um refúgio urbano para um homem de espírito “bon vivant” pela arquiteta Juliana Cascaes, do elenco CASACOR SP (CASACOR/CASACOR)
Right at the entrance, the total black dark hall creates a "box" effect and anticipates the sophisticated atmosphere of the project. Upon passing through it, the visitor is confronted with the spaciousness of the living room integrated, the heart of the apartment.
The starting point was the gourmet island, equipped with an orange stove, that connects to a natural wood laminate table, designed to gather everyone around while the host cooks. The sofa-island completes the integration between the social projects, reinforcing the welcoming and festive character.
The artworks and signed design pieces give personality and identity to the project, including the Fardos armchair, by Ricardo Fasanello, the Zina dining chairs, by Zanini de Zanine, along with works by Tomie Ohtake, Abraham Palatnik, Athos Bulcão, and Denilson Baniwa. The collection also features sculptures by Amílcar de Castro and José Bento, as well as the Disco Table, designed by Bruno de Carvalho, which reinforce the sophisticated and unique atmosphere of the projects.
To ensure a contemporary and timeless atmosphere, the architect opted for sober tones - gray, wood, and natural finishes - along with Coral's Velvet texture, applied to walls and ceilings to bring the effect of exposed concrete. Natural laminate panels were strategically designed to hide the laundry, pantry, and audio equipment, keeping the layout clean and sophisticated.
The project also stands out for its attention to the choice of finishes: porcelain tiles that refer to stone and concrete, natural stone in strategic details, along with bathrooms having standardized finishes and a half-bath entirely in black marble.
In the intimate area, the three suites were designed with the same aesthetic unity, valuing neutral tones, noble materials, and intelligent solutions for space utilization. The master suite received a natural leather headboard, gray lacquer wardrobe, and a bathroom with a sculpted stone sink, reinforcing the timeless sophistication.
