Aspiration and the starting point of the project came from autumn tones, resulting in a warm and neutral palette. The walnut wood is the protagonist and the guiding thread, present in panels, shelves, and fixed furniture, defining the sophisticated and cozy character of the apartment.
The intervention included a complete reorganization of the layout, redesigning the internal distribution to optimize the flow and natural lighting. The main challenge – integrating the large social area without giving up privacy – was resolved with versatile solutions, such as sliding doors that allow for isolation between the kitchen and living room, as well as open shelves that separate the office from the TV room. In the finishes, priority was given to natural and durable materials, such as walnut wood, brushed marble (used in the kitchen and bathrooms), and black marble (in the social lavatory). The electrical and plumbing installations were updated to incorporate lighting control, air conditioning, and automation. The final touch is given by the artwork “I am a light”, by photographer Gabriel Wickbold, which serves as a focal point in the social area.
