Designed for a family of four who value integration and community, the property underwent a strategic renovation after the keys were delivered by the contractor, focusing on the definitive union of social spaces and the incorporation of the balconies into both the intimate area and the living room.

The concept of the project is inspired by nature and traditional Brazilian techniques, translated into a contemporary and multisensory language. The social area, which totals 110 m² between the living and dining rooms, serves as a large gathering space where the ceramic tile floor rescues the charm of old tiles and provides an immediate sense of welcome.

The choice of materials was guided by the owners' desire for natural elements, highlighting the use of Brazilian stones and wood panels with grains reminiscent of the weaves of national handicrafts. Signature pieces, such as the sculptural bench with organic shapes by Hugo França and furniture by Brazilian designers, reinforce the cultural identity and the appreciation of the creative economy in the project.

In the intimate area, comfort is a priority. The master suite was expanded through the integration with the balcony, creating a private retreat that is complemented by the generous closet and the master bath.

In the bedrooms of the teenage children, the cabinetry was planned to provide ample storage capacity without compromising the property's natural aesthetics. The walls received textures, while the wooden flooring ensures a warm touch and a connection to the earth with every step.

The technical execution involved the complete adjustment of electrical and plumbing points to support the new layout, as well as a careful selection of finishes.
