A young couple passionate about design found the perfect expression of their personalities in this
apartment of
300 m² in São Paulo, which was completely renovated and modernized by the office
Rodra Arquitetura, making its debut at
CASACOR SP 2025.
With a clear desire to create an ideal projects to receive friends and family, the renovation was designed to unite elegance and functionality, combining classic and modern elements.
The central point of the project was the integration of the
rooms, creating a spacious and fluid area that connects the living, dining, and
kitchen areas.
The kitchen, previously isolated, was opened up to the dining area, offering an option to keep the projects totally integrated or, when necessary, separate it with
a folding door that can be completely closed. The neutral color palette was chosen to highlight the signed design pieces that punctuate the projects, balancing the classic and the contemporary. This choice allowed for the creation of a welcoming and timeless projects where every detail was carefully planned to harmonize functionality with aesthetics.
