Amidst various shades of green that envelop and decorate the entire
1003 m² property, vegetation is present in every corner, merging with the internal projects. However, it is the freijó wood that takes center stage in the interior design created by the office
NJ+ – from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo – for a large family that enjoys hosting friends, family, and holding special events. With a passion for Brazilian furniture, artworks, and handcrafted pieces, the house is filled with creations from renowned designers such as
Sergio Rodrigues, Jorge Zalszupin, Jaqueline Terpins, Etel Carmona and
Carlos Motta. In addition, international pieces can also be found, such as the furniture from the deck of
Paola Lenti and the Circle Chair by
Hans Wegner. In the layout of the house, the social projects are carefully integrated to promote family unity, adapting to different needs and environments. The six
suites in the intimate area are isolated from the rest of the house, allowing flexibility to better accommodate guests. With intense use, the entire service area was conceived similarly to a hotel, featuring a highly functional
kitchen equipped with stoves, an oven, a professional hood, and a refrigerated countertop for food storage. Besides the beautiful social area, another highlight of the project is the master suite, divided into an entryway with space for a study, a spacious
bedroom with an intimate sitting area complete with a fireplace and reading chair, and it has windows offering views of the external landscaping. The bedroom also features a closet integrated with the bathroom, which presents an internal vertical
garden and clearly defined spaces. The careful selection of furniture is a highlight, including selected antique pieces such as the Junco Armchair and Loop Chairs from Loja Teo, as well as European trunks brought and restored by Arnaldo Danembeg. Works of art by renowned artists like Mira Schendel and José Bechara also compose the residence. The strategic openings to the external
allow the garden to integrate harmoniously with the internal spaces, giving them a unique personality. In collaboration with the landscaping team, the garden was designed in a contemplative, decorative manner, and in some cases, for medicinal purposes.
