This
house was designed as a retreat, with nature present in both the social areas and the
bedrooms, which connect to the
gardens. The project by the firm
Tetriz Arquitetura – from the
CASACOR São Paulo cast – is
500 m² and is located in São Paulo.

In the home theater, the slatted wood panel discreetly hides the electronics, ending in an eco-friendly fireplace clad in stone, which gives lightness to the projects. The L-shaped sofa with central ottoman optimizes the space and provides comfort and coziness.

The
external area integrates with the living room, home theater, and gourmet area and features a pool designed for relaxation, with different levels: a reflecting pool for walking, benches with hydromassage, and a deeper section for the children's fun.

The
gourmet area is connected to the garden and features a counter with cooktop, grill, and slatted cabinet with built-in ice maker. A large wooden table combines rustic and modern elements, while a bar cart facilitates daily living. The gourmet terrace has a door that connects directly to the
kitchen, promoting total integration of the projects.

The well-equipped kitchen stands out for its high counter for quick meals, vintage farm sink, and two separate areas for washing dishes and food preparation. The built-in cooktop and the hood painted with automotive finish are practical and elegant solutions. There is also a tower of ovens and a double refrigerator, ensuring functionality.
