In the Tatuapé neighborhood (SP), architect Mia Kamimura — from the CASACOR São Paulo lineup — signs this project that turns integration into the ideal setting for togetherness. The layout of the apartment was designed to prioritize circulation and functional organization, encouraging gatherings without giving up visual order.

The contemporary language of the living room is dictated by a palette where blue takes the lead, harmonized with subtle textures and an intelligent use of natural light. In the furniture curation, "less is more" prevails: pieces with a light design ensure continuous visual reading, avoiding excess and enhancing spaciousness.

The social converging point lies in the gourmet area. Here, the central island is the connecting element that stitches the projects together and consolidates the space as the true heart of the home.

The transition to the private wing reveals a sophisticated change in atmosphere. In the master suite, the elegance of the living room takes on new tones with the predominance of pink. The dialogue with golden elements, such as the minimalist sconce, creates a subtle and balanced aesthetic. This sophistication extends to the suite's bathroom, where marble and golden metals elevate the concept of well-being, enhanced by an LED lighting design that highlights textures and ensures sensory comfort.
