Completed in 2024 in the traditional Santa Felicidade neighborhood of Curitiba (PR), this residence of 318.7 m² is the result of a construction project designed and executed by Estudio Elmor — part of the CASACOR Paraná lineup.

The central concept was born from the owners' desire to have a \"house that looks and feels like a home\" — a welcoming refuge to raise their child and host friends to cook and share wine.

The architecture merges the traditional archetype with contemporaneity, using a clean-lined facade with large windows that bathe the interior in natural light.

The project stands out for the harmonious dialogue between rustic and modern, employing fine materials such as Peroba Mica and Cumaru woods, in addition to stones like Travertine, Basalt, and Paraná White Marble.

Inside, the spaces prioritize comfort and togetherness. The living room impresses with its generous ceiling height and an imposing stone fireplace, while the kitchen was strategically designed with a large island and a gourmet setup to facilitate circulation and social interaction.
